Deposits/Shipping
Thank you for choosing Mr. And Mrs. Brown's Bakery! We are honored to create fresh homemade cookies for your special occasions.
ORDERING:
• Orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance unless otherwise discussed.
• Custom and large orders may require additional notice.
• Orders are not confirmed until a deposit/payment has been received.
PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS:
• Orders under $20 require full payment at the time of ordering.
• Orders over $20 require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
• Remaining balances are due at pickup or delivery unless otherwise arranged.
PICKUP:
• Pickup times will be agreed upon when your order is placed.
• Please arrive within your scheduled pickup window.
• If you are running late, please communicate as soon as possible.
ALLERGY NOTICE:
• Products are made in a home kitchen that may process common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, peanuts, and tree nuts.
REFUNDS:
• Due to the custom and perishable nature of baked goods, refunds are not typically offered once orders are completed and picked up.
• Customer satisfaction is important to us, and concerns must be communicated within 24 hours of pickup.
